We clearly label shipments as “research materials” and include any necessary documentation, but ultimately, it’s the customer’s responsibility to confirm local regulations to avoid potential customs issues.

How quickly do you ship orders and what shipping methods do you use?
We strive to process orders within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen method (standard, express, etc.). We use reputable carriers with tracking services to ensure that your research products arrive safely and on schedule.
Qualifying orders of $200 or more are eligible for free shipping. Discount is given during checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
