Purity.
We don’t ship anything under 98%. Every batch is HPLC-tested by a third-party lab before it leaves us. View the COA for any vial. If we ever miss the spec — replacement or full refund, no return required.
Quality.
If your vial arrives damaged, contaminated, or fails your visual inspection — let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free.
Speed.
Orders by 5pm Central, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. We rented an office next to the UPS store so we could ship later — your package moves before the next day’s queue even starts. If we ever miss it, the shipping on that order is on us.
Service.
Email us — you’ll hear back within 12 business hours. If we miss the window, your next order ships free.
Why we wrote this down.
We don’t do hard sells. We don’t promise outcomes we can’t promise — research peptides aren’t human-use products, and we won’t pretend otherwise. But the things that are in our control — what’s in the vial, how fast it gets to you, what happens if anything goes wrong — those, we can be specific about.
